What does our name mean anyway?
“Hue” is a gradation of a color. It’s how we give life to brands and represents creativity. “Humane” means having compassion. It’s how we think and write strategies because this is what we believe the advertising industry should be all about.

Values We Live By:
Live with purpose
Everything we do, every decision we make, is based on a set of values and beliefs. Brands should behave the same way. Brands with purpose are easy to remember and identify with. Today, that’s what makes them grow and live a prosperous, long life.
People first
Yes, we work with businesses, brands, and target audiences. But what it comes down to is working with people. People with friends, families, and pets. People with dreams and aspirations. If we don’t care for them first and think about their wellbeing, business will never bloom.
Lead with creativity
Numbers can help a campaign reach a high ROI. But with an oversaturated market, people decide with their hearts. Arguments based on rationality only provide short-term solutions to a business problem. Creativity has the power to shake people from the inside out and make them feel something. Today, that’s how brands grow and become lovemarks.
Here’s how it all started…
Diana Hernández Flores studied advertising at Syracuse University and earned a master’s degree in Art Direction from Savannah College of Art and Design. After internships in big agencies in the United States and working for 10 years in Puerto Rico, where she received local and international awards, she was offered a job in Los Angeles, California. Having accepted the challenge, while in California she confirmed what she already knew:
Regardless of any adversity, Puerto Rico is full of talented people, and for those willing to put in the work, there will always be opportunities.
So she decided to return to Puerto Rico, with big plans and no clients. (Yikes!).
Diana wanted to continue in advertising but felt that the advertising industry needed some tender loving care, and that brands needed a little more humanity. Therefore, instead of looking for a job, with the help of talented people she met throughout her career, she started her own business: Huemane Creative. Ta-dah!
